Micah was one of those unexpected but greatly loved blessings with which life sometimes surprises us. He was born Feb. 11, 2000, weighing in at a healthy 8 lb.10 oz., measuring about 19-1/2 inches long, and looking a great deal like his daddy.
He began walking at 10-1/2 months. By 2 years old, Micah was very active, free with his smiles, and loved to play, especially if a ball of any kind was involved. His varied and lively facial expressions and arm gestures kept us all laughing. Not that we're biased, but we thought he was pretty bright, too. He knew his colors well and was learning to count. He's now 5.
