ALL SALES OF BIRDS ARE TO BE HANDLED THROUGH THE AUCTION.
VENDOR SETUP SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY 8:30AM. NON-MAIN ENTRANCE
DOORS WILL BE CLOSED AT THAT TIME.
VENDORS WILL BREAK DOWN AND VACATE PREMISES WITHIN ONE ( 1) HOUR
OF CLOSE OF AUCTION.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
All reservations MUST be accompanied with a check for the amount in full payment. Should there be a cancellation by a
Vendor at any time, the Exotic Bird Club of Florida reserves the right to rent the space.
The Exotic Bid Club of Florida is not responsible for losses, floods, injuries, accidents or acts of God which may result in a cancellation of the Auction or for any transaction between yourselves and the public as well as any health , injury or desease problems that may arise from any animals or birds at this Auction..
The Exotic Bird Club of Florida reserves the right to expel/remove any undesirable , unfit birds or equipment without refund.
Un-caged animals/birds will NOT be permitted.
Un weaned baby Birds will NOT be Permitted into the Auction. Any Bird appearing unweaned WILL be removed.
The Exotic Bird Club of Florida reserves the right to alter/add regulations as needed.
