What Mr Albert taught me was to not be afraid of new challanges in your life. He even said I could be a Sports writer if I wanted it bad enough. Well that didn't happen but I have had a rewarding career at the Postal Service and although I didn't become the Postmaster General, I am known as " The General" by my co-workers. Thanks, Mr. Albert for having such a strong influence in shaping a young man's life. He was also voted Teacher of The Year, for 67-68 and went on to stay another 30 years at LHS before retirement. I'm sure alot of other students over those years felt the same way about him that I did.

Things Forgotten ??
Mr. McCulloh
He had a class assignment for which he broke the room up into 5 or 6 groups, gave them a problem & 5 minutes to come up with an answer. When my pathetic group (which he picked the members) came up with an answer that blew his mind. The example of which he used in his classes thereafter.

We created a tank of water on a see-saw and as influences changed on the right & left side the tank would spill money.....

Gee Rod, just what could you have come up with?
I don't think Einstein could top that!!
