Centrally situated in the centre of the North Island of New Zealand,Lake Taupo offers many attractive places to see and things to enjoy. Our home is well situated for visiting the area's many attractions such as thermal areas, Huka Falls, golf courses and the beautiful lake itself. Pictured below is the boat harbour at the northern entrance to the town of Taupo. |
About "Lochinver" We aim to provide warm hospitality and a restful stop for friends and visitors. Our accommodation consists of one double room with queen-size bed. There are private bathroom facilities and a private guests' lounge which is provided with tv, dvd, well stocked bookshelf, a fridge, and tea/coffee making supplies. On arrival a bowl of fresh fruit awaits Cooked or continental breakfast is provided, with home-made preserves a 'specialty of the house'. |
