"This Very Night"

Advent candles, Christmas carols,
Snow so very white.
Lets us know that long ago,
Christ came this very night.

Children singing, bells a'ringing,
Twinkling trees so bright.
Lets us know that Jesus Loves Us,
Here this very night.

Yet in Bethlehem, long ago
It was a different sight,
For Jesus Christ was born to man,
On this very night.

Born in a manger, low of birth,
Yet this gave man the right,
To accept His Love and Serve Him,
From this very night.
