Home Oriented Meaningful Education (HOME)
H.O.M.E is a Christian homeschooling support group living in North King and South Snohomish counties, all are welcome.
REACH East is a community of homeschooling families committed to achieving responsible education in Christian homes, in an atmosphere that bring honor to God.

This is for school age homeschool children and teens, sorry we can not accommodate preschool children. We do not have a philosophical, religious, or political orientation. The teens plan separate events, so call ahead for information.
We are a non-profit group of volunteers. The group is not affiliated with any religious organization. LEARN (Life Education Activity Resource Network)
LEARN is an inclusive homeschool support group in the South Puget Sound region. LEARN makes every effort to maintain an atmosphere that is congenial toward and accepting of a wide spectrum of methods and philosophies of homeschooling. The LEARN Steering Committee oversees the content and subject matter of all publications, meetings and activities with the intent of serving all member families while respecting Christian values.
This list is for homeschooling families in Lewis and Thurston counties. This is "not" specifically a Christian list. It is open to all families from different walks of life who choose to educate their children in the nurturing environment of the homes.
We are a group of families involved in home education who have come together to support and encourage one another according to Christian principles and biblical guidelines. We agree to work together to plan and organize group activities and provide a forum for the sharing of ideas, resources, methods and information relating to home based instruction.
is a collection of local families who coordinate their homeschool experiences with each other. Group members contribute to, write, edit and mail out a monthly newsletter. A meeting is held each month at a member's home to compile the newsletter and discuss activities. Activities in the past have included library game days, hikes at local natural areas, swim lessons, book clubs, science fairs, and play productions. Newsletter content is decided by whoever wants to contribute. Participation varies from reading the newsletter to coordinating activities. Membership costs $8 a year to cover newsletter expenses. Annual membership dues are $15. Membership includes a monthly newsletter, field trips, HOW classes, special events, and use of the HOW Lending Library. In addition, support group meetings covering topics of interest to homeschoolers are held the second Monday of the month.
Mission Statement: HOW is an inclusive organization offering support and information pertaining to home-based instruction, commonly known as homeschooling. It seeks to provide a means by which members assist one another in the adventure of educating their children at home. HOW is not associated in any way with the public school system or any alternative programs under public or private school systems.

Clark County Home Educators (CCHE)
CCHE offers support and information for southwestern WA homeschoolers in areas pertaining to home education and also serves as a political watch group for issues and concerns related to homeschooling freedoms. CCHE is a non-profit, Christian organization that is administered and run by volunteers. Memebership is open to all, regardless of faith.
Kindergarten-high school classes; nursery and early childhood education program; encouragement for parents and new opportunities for students. A Christ-centered community outreach to homeschooling families.

We are a group of dedicated homeschool families that get together every Thursday from 11:00-2:00pm at Vasa Hall in Preston, WA. We meet purely for fun and friendship! Everyone brings games, art and crafts or outdoor equipment each week. Our group is open to all, no matter their homeschool technique or religion. We have a monthly fee of $20-30 (sliding scale).

We are eclectic and unschoolers and so far very small. We like meeting new people and thought it

We offer park dates, field trips, family outings, and more! Our meetings and activities are usually scheduled for daytime hours. We will be meeting at different locations and also for special events as planned.
