PLEASE NOTE: Because we want all our tenants to have an enjoyable vacation, we are very strict about cleanliness. The cottage MUST be left clean. Any complaints from the following tenants, including complaints of sand on the floor or in the bathtub, will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No questions. No excuses. Tenants who prefer to have the cottage professionally cleaned can do so for an additional $75. All keys must be returned by mail. Deposits will NOT be returned on keys left at the cottage.. |

Guests should bring their own sheets, towels, paper products and charcoal. Cleaning items are provided. |
The livingroom contains a couch, two chairs and color cable television. Board games, such as Monopoly, are stored under the couch. |
The kitchen contains an electric self-cleaning range, microwave, refrigerator and all the necessary equipment you will need to make your vacation on Cape Cod enjoyable. A small cooler and picnic jug also are available for use. Please Note: Because some guests have been careless, we no longer provide a charcoal grill for our tenants. If you bring your own grill, please be aware that we do not allow grills to be used on the decks. |
The cottage sleeps six people. Twin beds are located in each of the two first-floor bedrooms. A loft overlooking the livingroom contains a queen-size bed. All bedrooms have one closet and a built-in set of drawers. There is one full bath with a shower on the first floor. |
