Rental Arrangements
To secure rental, a deposit of half the rent is required along with a $100 security deposit. The deposit is non-refundable should you cancell unless we are able to rent the week you have reserved. In that case, your deposit will be refunded minus any advertising costs. Security deposits are refunded once th key is returned by mail and provided that there are no complaints about the cottage's cleanliness from the next tenants.


Full payment is due at least one month prior to occupancy to ensure that the key arrives in time for your vacation. If the key must be sent via overnight mail, the cost of delivery will be deducted from your security deposit.

Check in time is 2 p.m. Saturday. Check out deadline is 11 a.m. the following Saturday.
