Grace and peace to everyone that reads this tract. First of all, any system of exploitation, any unjust system that oppresses man or that disregards his three major God–ordained Rights and sub-rights is not of God. God is Love (1 Jn. 4: 16) and He can never treat a man evil and unjust, thus any system of social order that condemns or restricts man to a level of caste division is de-humanizing and not of God. The scriptures and gods that command the caste system are obviously not of the true God. In the Bible we are told:

"Beloved let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is Love." 1 Jn. 4:7,8.

"In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother. For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning that we should love one another … Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him … My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue, but in deed and in truth." 1 Jn. 3:10,11,15,18.

This is the ideal of the one and only true and living God whose name is Yahweh (Duet. 6:4, Jer. 10:10,11). He does not just expect us to talk about love, but gives us love for our fellowmen in deeds and according to the Truth. But when one reads the Hindu scriptures one does not see this love, especially in the caste system. Hindus and pundits that often lie, claim that the caste system came from men and not from their gods, then if this is so their Hindu scriptures and gods are not true, because the Hindu scriptures themselves claim that their gods instituted, ordained and set up the caste system.

If this monstrosity was really set up by men (and indeed it was), then the Hindu scriptures are still false for commanding the caste system and all its injustices and claiming that god did it. The fact that there is no love, but gross discrimination and injustices in the caste system, is proof that the Hindu scriptures and gods are not true and must be given up for Jesus Christ who will change man to make him truly love his brother (Rom. 12:1,2; Rom. 13:8-10).

We shall quote only from the Hindu scriptures about the caste system, so that no one can deceitfully claim that Thusia ( S.D.A. Church) blasphemed the Hindu religion. Here we see that the Hindu gods set up the caste system. "But to protect this whole creation, the lustrous one made separate innate activities for those born of his mouth, arms, thighs, and feet. For priest, he ordained teaching and learning, sacrificing for themselves and sacrificing for others, giving and receiving. Protecting his subjects, giving, having sacrifices performed, studying, and remaining unaddicted to the sensory objects are, in summary, for a ruler. Protecting his livestock, giving, having sacrifices performed, studying, trading, lending money, and farming the land for a commoner. The Lord assigned only one activity to a servant: serving these (other) classes without resentment." Laws of Manu, pp. 12-13.

I have just quoted the Hindu Scripture. Observe that we have four classes or castes created by the Hindu lord, the priests are of the Brahmana caste, the rulers are of the Ksatriya caste, the commoners are of the Vaisya caste and the servants are of the Sudra caste. Outside of these four castes are the vast hordes of outcastes called by different names such as "Dalits", "Pariahs", "Mleechas" etc.

In the celebrated Hindu scripture called the Bhagavad Gita, the god Krishna said that he made the caste system. Read it for yourself:

"The four orders of society, (viz., the Brahmana, the Ksatriya, the Vaisya and the Sudra) were created by Me classifying them according to the mode of Prakrti (nature) predominant in each and apportioning corresponding duties to them; though the author of this creation know Me, the immortal Lord, to be a non-doer." Bhagavad Gita 4:13.

Krishna shows that the Hindu type of salvation comes through faithfully living one’s caste duty. Read it for yourself from the Hindu scripture:

"Keenly devoted to his own natural duty, man attains the highest perfection in the shape of God-realization. Hear the mode of performance whereby the man engaged in his inborn duty reaches that highest consummation. Man attains the highest perfection by worshipping through his own natural duties Him from whom the tide of creation has streamed forth and by whom all this universe is pervaded. Better is one’s own duty, though devoid of merit, than the duty of another well-performed; for performing the duty ordained by his own nature man does not incur sin. There, Arjuna, one should not abandon one’s innate duty, even though it may be tainted with blemish …" Bhagavad Gita 18:45-48.

Observe how strongly one is encouraged to live his caste duty by Krishna . We are told that one achieves god-realization by this; it is worshipping God; it is keeping away from sin even though it is tainted by wrong.

Is this the Love of God? Certainly NOT! Is this the true God speaking in holy scripture? Twice NO! We are even told by the Hindu god Krishna that we are driven helplessly to live this caste division. Read it in the Hindu scripture.

"If, taking your stand on egotism, you think, "I (Arjuna a Ksatriya) will not fight,"vain is this resolve of yours; nature will drive you to the act. That action too which you are not willing to undertake through ignorance – bound by your own duty born of your nature, you will helplessly perform." Bhagavad Gita 18:59,60.

Now observe some of the gross injustices the Hindu gods and scriptures dictate should be done to those of the outcastes, and sometimes the Sudras. I am quoting from the Hindu scriptures:

"A person who wants to live a long life will avoid stepping on hair, ashes, bones, skulls, cotton seeds, and chaff. He should not live with people who have fallen (i.e. from caste), nor with ‘Fierce’ Untouchables, ‘Tribals’, fools, arrogant men, men of the lowest castes and, ‘Those who end up at the bottom; He should not share his opinions with a Sudra, nor the leftovers from his meals or oblations, nor should he instruct him about his duty or assign a vow to him. For a man who teaches a servant his duty or assigns a vow to him sinks with him into that dark hell called ‘Exposed’." Laws of Manu, 4:78:81.

"He (the priest) may, however, make a Sudra do the work of a slave, whether he is bought or not bought; for the Self-existent one created him to be the slave of the priest. Even if he is set free by his master, a Sudra is not set free from slavery; for since that is innate in him, who can take it from him? … A priest may with confidence take away any possession from a servant; for since nothing at all can belong to him as his own, his property can be taken away by his master. (The king) should make the commoner and the Sudra carry out their own innate activities diligently; for if the two of them should slip from their own innate activities, they would shake this universe into chaos." Laws of Manu, 8:413,414,417,418.

"A Sudra should not amass wealth, even if he has the ability, for a Sudra who has amassed wealth annoys priests." Laws of Manu 10:129.

"Three duties of a priest (Brahmana) are denied to a ruler (Ksatriya): teaching, sacrificing for others, and third, receiving gifts. And these are also denied to a commoner (Vaisya); this is a fixed rule. For Manu the Lord of creatures has said that these duties are not for those two (classes)." Laws of Manu, 10: 77,78.

These are just some of the many injustices against what are considered to be the lower castes, with the Brahman caste, the priests, having top privileges granted to them in the Hindu scriptures. There are many, many more evils, too numerous to quote in a small tract, but would you call this love? Hindus may talk love, but their gods and scriptures evidently have no love.

The only valid way to abolish the caste system is to teach Hindus that the gods and scriptures that ordained and ordered it are not true, they are sinful and false, this would reveal Hinduism to be a false religion. Thus Christianity is true and superior to all. Accept Christ. Amen.
