DONATIONS

As a non-profit organization recognized by the IRS under section 501-C-3, donations to Aikido of Hilo are tax-deductible. Payments made for services received are not deductible. Should you have questions about this, you may wish to check with your tax preparer.

We Welcome Donations! While most of our operating expenses are paid by membership dues, we try to keep partiicipation as affordable as possible. Outside donations have been essential to enable us to upgrade our facilities, to defray expenses for special seminars  and to maintain a safe environment for children and adults to learn and practice aikido.

We have been fortunate enough in the past to receive funding from local and national businesses, charitable campaigns and from many individuals and other aikido groups.

We thank these donors for their generosity. New donations are always welcome.

Should you wish to make a donations or have any questions about doing so, please contact our treasurer
