My name is Richard. I am the webmaster and designer of "Lay a Virtual Memorial Wreath."
As a disabled veteran & former Emergency Medical Technician I have experienced countless tragedies in all forms each touching me in a personal way.
One particular tragedy which inspired me to create
this site involved a 12 year old girl who was run down and killed by a drunk driver.
I've since come to understand that the untimely death of a loved one leaves behind so many victims who must struggle each and every day to cope with their loss.
It is my hope that laying a Memorial Wreath will help heal the broken hearts of families and friends who have lost a loved one.
