A typical morning at Junior Church includes a variety of activites such as singing, quizzes, and practising sketches as well as a wide range of practical activities. In the run up to Christmas we are especially busy making decorations, cooking Christmas cakes, decorating the church and preparing for our Candlelit Concert and Christmas Service. We even have time for some Christmas karaoke!
Every year we organise a coach outing. In the last few years we've visited BBC TV Centre in London, Wicksteed Park, Chessington World of Adventures, Drayton Manor Park and been on the GWR Steam Railway. We also go to other churches to take part in  their services.or perform in concerts.
The Junior Church leads many family services throughout the year: at Christmas, Easter, Mothering Sunday and also at our Anniversary in May. At all our services, concerts and shows there is an opportunity for all children to take part if they wish.
The highlight of the year for many of the children are our concerts and our annual production. Recent shows include Toad of Toad Hall, Oliver!, Annie, The Pirates of Penzance and the Andrew Lloyd Weber musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat. Have a look at our shows page to see pictures from the productions
