The Brother GTR Series of AC Gearmotors has been designed in response to the general OEM Industry
demand  for a smaller, lighter, more reliable and cost effective power transmission component. 
Brother Gearmotor are RoHS, UL, CSA and CE Compliant!
These requirements, along with increasing demand for energy efficiency, have merged with the
Brother In-Line and Right-Angle gearmotors outlined in these WEB Pages. 
Lightweight and Compact
Die cast aluminum gear housing and motor make Brother gearmotors light in weight,
allowing engineers to design more economical mounting provision .
Mounting in any Direction
Brother gearboxes are sealed with machine "slip" fit "O" rings and double lip spring shaft seals on both the motor input shaft and output drive shaft.    Thus, they may be mounted in any conceivable direction without concern of leaking.
