Swapping stories has been a tradition among folks since the stone ages. We here in the mountains have raised it to an art form! Sitting on a front porch on crisp fall afternoon, a rider could turn last week's ride where he was shut out, into a day when he had rode AT LEAST four or five hundred miles. Given enough time, he could vividly remember a another few hundred miles! Tall tales about our riding exploits were shared with anyone who would stand still for even the briefest of moments ... and if you became buddies, you might even share just where your special place was... Trading a piece of gold, old gun, antique car or a good bike for a "special" dog or vice versa was just a way of the world..though a trade would have to be extremely good to get a man's Harley away from him! That's the purpose of Buddy's Front Porch. Feel free to share your latest story of just about anything, Tell about a favorite place, or ask a question about a bike, hunting trip, or technique for whatever...
