TEEN COURTS IN WEST VIRGINIA
GET CONTINUAL FUNDING!!!
Serving justice to youth has just gotten a step easier for West Virginia teens!  During the last legislative session, a bill was introduced to the West Virginia Legislature by Delegate Dr. Marshall Long and Senator Don Caruth that helped promote the positive enforcement of peer justice through the current use of (or potential development of) Teen Courts.  This bill was instrumental in not only helping the southern West Virginia district in which they serve, but allowing other counties in the state to benefit from funding to increase juvenile accountability.
