When I retired in 1979, one of my old bosses, Captain William (Bill) Hall had become the Munitions Officer at Fresno and once when he later dropped by Colorado Springs, he gave me the below photos - one of which has became quite famous on the internet. Little did I (we) know then that this bird would eventually become a static display and better yet, it would survive the later QF-106 Pacer Six Program.
