This is probably the "Grand-Daddy" of all the survivors.. It survived a crash landing by itself after the pilot bailed out, was repaired, flew again with two more FISs, and was retired to the USAF Museum, thus surviving a second time by avoiding the QF-106 "Pacer Six" drone program.

Mark Williams took the below photos on 21 July 00, while visiting the museum and the museum staff had added a nice touch by having a Liquid Oxygen (LOX) servicing exhibit displayed in conjunction with 58-0787. (Thanks Mark).
