Fifty's Automobile Club of America
Cruisin' Classics Chapter
This chapter shall be known as the Cruisin' Classics, founded on July 12, 1991
and shall be a member of the Fifty's Automobile Club of America.
Purpose:
To preserve the auto world of yesterday, 20 years or older, for future generations to see and enjoy forever. To promote the fellowship of the proud owners of these vehicles.
MEMBERSHIP
SECTION A:
1. The club shall set a limit as to the number of members that should hold membership at any given time. Club membership shall not exceed one hundred paid members at this time, with the option to increase to one hundred and fifty upon a vote by the Excecutive Board.
2. An excisting member must sponsor any person wishing to become a membr of the club. That potential member must attend at least two functions, (meeting, car show, or cruise) within the first year of membership. At the next regular meeting of the Excutive Board meeting a vote will be taken rather or not to except the potential member or not, following the completion of the two functions of the potential member.
3. Before being accepted as a member, thet member will pay annual dues to both the Chapter and the National Organization.
4. All members will receive a copy of the by-laws after becoming a member.
5. The amount of dues shall be determined at the regular meeting before the end of each year. November of each year.
6. A voting family membership shall have two votes each, must be in attendance to vote.
7. Dues are payable in March. If not paid by the first March meeting then that member/members shall be dropped from the membership and must re-apply as a new member.
MEETINGS
1. Regular monthly meetings will be held at the discetion of the President.
2. Special meeting may be called at the discretion of the Executive Board or by the petition of ten voting and paid members.
