Paypal Payments are subject to a 5% surcharge; please add this to your payment before submitting. This charge covers the percentage removed from your payment to us, simply for providing the service. No order will be processed without this added surcharge.
If you buy more than one photograph they will be delivered in the same packaging we do not charge extra postage; although orders of ten or more may need to be adjusted. Please send your payment within 48 hours of submitting your order form, or the order will be cancelled. Please include a note with your name address on it with your payment.

Terms

Cheques have a 14 day clearance period.
Returns must be returned in the same condition as they left us. Damaged tubes should not be opened and be sent straight back to us. All items are checked for faults before posting.
We accept no responsibility for lost post; it is advisable to send your payment by recorded delivery. UK Cash is sent at your own risk.
Your photograph will be posted using first class recorded delivery; if you do not receive your photograph these details will be provided to you, so that you can track and trace your lost mail.
We accept no responsibility for mistakes in your order form, so please check your details before submitting your order. However if there is a mistake (i.e.. mismatches between photograph and reference number) on our part we will investigate and rectify any mistake.
Incomplete order forms will not be processed unless they contain all the required information.
Photographs may only be provided for personal use; our photographs are copyrighted. Please see our Copyright page before purchasing. Most people's perception of copyright law is wrong and even the slightest alteration to the original format is a breach of copyright. Artists beware - we will prosecute you. Changing the background, size, removing other subjects, isolating part of the photograph, recolouring or reversing the image is illegal. When you buy photographs from us you are automatically accepting our copyright terms.
Items will be delivered in approximately 21 days (excluding public holidays).
Photographs will only be delivered to the address provided on our order form.
