what the photograph(s) are used for and their popularity.
Fees are calculated on the
following:
Who will be using the image(s)?
How and where will the image(s) appear?
How long will the image(s) be used for?
Available Licences Artist's
Reference - one off artworks, with no derivatives, such as
limited edition prints - this can be modified to include
printing.
Website Publication - to accompany news stories,
editorials, etc
Publications - Books, newspapers, magazines, brochures,
racecards etc.
Fees are set and are not up for
negotiation If
you require an estimate, please e
mail us with the reference number(s), detailing what the
images are to be used for and where they will be appearing. We
will get back to you within 48 hours (excluding weekend and bank
holidays). Licences are
non-exclusive and are non-transferable and are subject to
contract and full License
Agreement and terms.
All Image(s) remain the sole and exclusive property of equishots,
or its licensors. Use of the Images is licensed, not sold,
pursuant to the terms of this License
Agreement. Use of the Images without agreeing to this
License Agreement, or a breach of these License
Agreement terms, is copyright infringement. |
