Become a member of Faithful Circle Quilters and experience the joy and satisfaction of taking your quilting to the next level. Members are elegible to attend the many educational and social events sponsored by the guild.
Faithful Circle’s Mission Statement:
- To develop interest and participation in the art of quilting, patchwork, applique, and other forms of quilt making and to encourage through education, a high standard of design and technique in all its various forms.
- To work with other established groups with similar objectives to promote continuing interest in quilting.
- To present programs of interest to members and their guests.
- For members to participate voluntarily in philanthropic projects.
Members meet once a month to listen to a featured speaker or to work together on a guild project. Our goals are to develop interest and participation in the art of quilting, patchwork, applique and other forms of quilt making and to encourage, through education, a high standard of design and technique in all its forms.
Guests are encouraged to visit meetings. Faithful Circle Quilters usually meets the fourth Wednesday of the month at First Presbyterian Church, corner of 4th and Fairview Ave. in Downers Grove. Meetings begin at 7:30 PM (7 PM from June thru August). Guest fee is $5. Check our Programs & Workshops web page for any changes. The meeting date is advanced one week in the months of November and December.
