Step#1:Pop frozen chicken breast into microwave,while these are thawing,make garden salad. Step#2:Place chicken breast in non-stick,deep skillet,(check must have utensils at bottom of page) use just a trace of olive or cannola oil,coat top of chicken with Italian dressing,cover with lid and cook at med. temperature for 40 minutes turning once at 20 mim.and coating other side with dressing.(if chicken starts to stick add a little water) Step#3:Place large stew pot on burner,with about three inches of water and bring to boil.Place steamer basket on top and add frozen corn,cover and steam..20 min.
