1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
4 TBSP hot water
4 eggs

Pinch of salt
1 c. Walnuts(I used black)

Preheat oven to 350. Melt chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan. Stir in hot water, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda and beat until smooth.Stir in nuts.
In a large bowl (I used mixer) cream together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until smooth.

swirl with knife to swirl together the cream cheese and chocolate layer on top.
Bake at 350. for about 45 min.(it took 55 on my oven, but it's slow) until a knife or toothpick comes out fairly clean.
Be careful not to overbake.
