This One takes a little longer to cook,but you don't have to watch it......puter time!!!Hee, Hee. Ingredients: 6 to 8 Pork Chops 6 to 8 potatoes,peeled. 2 cans cut green beans 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 teaspoon thyme spice Step #1:Brown both sides of pork chops in oven proof Skillet(i use a large iron skillet) Step #2:While chops are browning,peel potatoes. Step #3: If using same skillet,lift out chops and set aside. Slice potatoes in 1/2 slices and layer on bottom of skillet.(you can use a 10x13 oven casserole dish Step #4:Drain green beans and place on top potatoes. Sprinkle half of thyme seasoning over top. Step #5 Spread half of mushroom soup(don't add water) over beans and potatoes,evenly. Step #6 Place Pork Chops on top, sprinkle remaining thyme over top, then spread the rest of the mushroom soup over all.Cover with foil or lid and bake in pre- heated 375% oven,for 1hour and 20 mimutes. |
