Indy's Pasta Goulash
Ingredients:
One package whole wheat spiral pasta(or your favorite pasta)
One pound ground beef
One can sliced tomatoes
One can chili beans
One can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1/2 package taco seasoning
                                             .
Step #1: Cook pasta as directed on package.
Step #2: Brown ground beef in large skillet (drain fat)
Step #3: Add all remaining ingredients to skillet.Mix
              together,lower heat to lo,cook for 5 mim.
Step #4: Drain pasta,add contents of skillet to pasta
              and mix well.Serve with Garlic Bread.
Pork Chop Dinner
This One takes a little longer to cook,but you don't have to
watch it......puter time!!!Hee, Hee.
Ingredients:
6 to 8 Pork Chops
6 to 8 potatoes,peeled.
2 cans cut green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 teaspoon thyme spice
          
Step #1:Brown both sides of pork chops in oven proof
             Skillet(i use a large iron skillet)
Step #2:While chops are browning,peel potatoes.
Step #3: If using same skillet,lift out chops and set aside.
            Slice potatoes in 1/2 slices and layer on bottom
            of skillet.(you can use a 10x13 oven casserole dish
Step #4:Drain green beans and place on top potatoes.
             Sprinkle half of thyme seasoning over top.
Step #5 Spread half of mushroom soup(don't add water)
             over beans and potatoes,evenly.
Step #6 Place Pork Chops on top, sprinkle remaining thyme
             over top, then spread the rest of the mushroom
             soup over all.Cover with foil or lid and bake in pre-
             heated 375% oven,for 1hour and 20 mimutes.
            
Strawberry Jello Pie
Crust:
1 1/2 c.   flour
1       T.         sugar
1/2    c.      oil
2       T.         milk
1/2    t.      salt
Mix well and press in a 10" pie pan.  Bake at 400 degrees 15 minutes or until done.
Filling:
1   c.       sugar
1   c.       water
2   T.       white Karo
3   T.       cornstarch
Mix all cold, then bring to a boil-cook until clear and thickened.
Take off stove and add:
3   T.       strawberry Jello
Cool and let set slightly.  Add:
1   qt.      strawberries, sliced.
Chill at least 4 hours.

                                 Grilled Pizza
This healthy and innovative pizza is easy to make on your home grill and combines three of America's favorite tastes: chicken, pizza, and barbecue.
Ingredients:
Pizza dough:
1 cup water
1 lb. whole wheat flour
1 egg white
1/2 oz. sugar
1/2 oz. salt
1/2 oz. yeast
Topping:
1 lb. cooked barbecue chicken breast, diced and portioned at 4 oz. each
2 cups barbecue sauce
2 cups part-skim shredded mozzarella, 3-4 oz. each pizza
1 red onion, sliced thin
1 bunch chopped cilantro
Step 1:
Combine all dough ingredients in a mixing bowl. Divide into 4 5 oz. balls. Cover with towel for approximately 20-30 minutes. Refrigerate or use immediately.
Step 2:
Preheat grill to medium. Roll or hand stretch dough into 4 7-inch circles. Place on the grill. Turn over after 30 seconds or when slightly crisp. Grill another 30 seconds.
Step 3:
Put 2 oz. barbecue sauce, chicken, cheese, and red onions on each pizza and cover grill. Cook for 7-10 minutes, shifting pizzas with spatula every 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to burn.
Step 4:
Remove and cut 6 ways. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
Serves 4
