Once again Holy Trinity will host their Wild Game and Ethnic Foods Dinner, regarded by many as a premier event of its type in the state.  Among its unique aspects are the variety of dishes using both game and domestic meats as well the inclusion of  some ethnic dishes.  It continues as a family oriented event where all are welcome and comfortable.

This year's event will be held (for the first time) at the beautiful new Holy Trinity Church at 74 Joes Hill Rd. in  Danbury. The usual capacity turnout is expected so please call for information and make the  recommended reservations.

The menu will include a variety of  venison dishes,  pheasant, halushki, perogies and other ethnic delicacies. We include links to menus from previous years to demonstrate the breadth of what may be served. Each year's offerings change based on available game and the chefs.  There are always a few non game dishes for those who prefer them.

There will be complimentary  Soda, Coffee and Tea served. BYO.
