For all those who enjoy full skirts, petticoats and pouffy dresses. Styles from the Fitties! Satin and Lace and Sheer. The swish of the fabric as you walk. I call these dresses "JUST PRETTY DRESSES" There is also a section in the site for "Crossdressing and Transgendered Stories" (See Below) From time to time, I hope to be able to add to this site. This site was created for all who may be inerested and enjoy frilly dresses, prom dress styles from the Fiftiess and Sixties, full skirts, dresses wtih multiple tiered skirts and petticoats. I have put in a 'story' page. Some of the stories are my own, while others have been written by friends. They are all about boys and guys who like to wear pretty, frilly, lacy dresses, petticoats, bridal gowns, and whatever else would be available to the transgendered person. Write me, and let me know if you have one you woud like to put here. Now, you do not have to be a crossdresser, or transvestite, or transexual to have a story or personnel experience placed on the site. Perhaps you would just like to express your feelings about a male person that you know who enjoys dressing as a girl. But, please do not be hard on him. I love to wear pretty dresses, frilly dresses, prom gowns, bridal gowns, bridesmaid gowns and dresses, and everything else that is feminine. Every night, I look forward to coming home from work, and fixing myself up. Sometimes, I do wear makeup, but it is generally just a full skirt dress, from mini skirts to those that fall just above the ankle. Hello! My name is Karen Marie, at least when I am dressed as a girl, it is. I am a Crossdresser, Transvestite, a Transgendered Person, almost a Transexual, and one of those 'Boys who wants to be a Girl', or whatever you wish to call me. What is important, is that YOU are welcome here! My love for Frilly Dresses, Pouffy Dresses, Styles from the fifties and early sixties, Bridal Gowns, stems from the feminine person the lives within me. Because of this, I feel kindered to all women. Most of the men that I have known in my life, would think that I am a 'sissy boy' because I wear a dress. There are very few men, with the exception of the Crossdressing and Transgendered community, that would have anything to do with a person such as myself. But, in all of this, women, who we affectionately call GG's, which stands for Genetic Girl, have always been understanding, kind, willing to help, and really do not make fun of us. Of all the many males that I have been acquainted with with similar tendencies to mine, I have never heard of any GG being disrespectfull, degrading, or making fun of a Crossdresser or Transgendered person. You may giggle, a little, but basically, that is as far as I have seen it go. Now, I do not know how you would feel if you came home one night and found your boyfriend or husband all decked out in one of your dresses. That is a different story. I do not know how you would feel. There have been occasions when I have received emails from distraught women who have had that experience, and I always try to help them understand their feelings, and attempt to give them some hope in such a situation. For them, it has become no laughing matter. But, all of you that I have been in contact with, from my wife's girlfriends, to sales ladies, to those whom I have met, there has always been good feelings. I really do not know how else to express how much appreciation and admiration we all hold for you. I wish men would react in the same fashion, but they do not. I wonder what this world would be like, if women could be the Presidents and Rulers of countries. Perhaps, there would not be as many wars and terror as we have always had. Maybe our sons and daughters and mothers and fathers and friends would still be alive today. I want to thank you for all of this, especially your kindness and hopefully understanding. I hope that you enjoy the site, not for the face that is on most of the pictures, but for the frocks, the 'Just Pretty Dresses', as I call them. I also would like to extend an invitation to any woman who finds herself in a crossdressing situation, to write to me. I do propose to have any answers, but I may be able to lead you in a direction from where you could find answers to some of your questions. MORE STUFF TO READ!! A Message to all! I do not know, or will probably never know, how you arrived at this site. From this end, it really does not matter. In developing the site, I used certain keywords, which various search engines look at when you start a search. Some of these are: 'Frilly Dresses', 'Sissy Dresses', 'Men wearing dresses', 'Dresses for men', 'Bridal Gowns for men', 'Crossdressing stories', 'Transgendered Stories', 'Bouffant Gowns and Dresses', and many more. It does not matter how you arrived, just that you did arrive. Being a male, it is extremely difficult for a person my size to look feminine, but I try my best. The real essence here are the dresses and gowns presented. I love looking and feeling feminine. So much for that. Just enjoy what is here! When I was young, my sister and I shared a bedroom off of our parents room. It was in those early years that she and I coined an expression: "Let's Play Girl". I would be her sister, and we would do things sister's would, including sharing of her pretty dresses. I still call it "Playing Girl" today, only it means more than that now! For myself, I usually do not purchase my outfits. All of what you see here of myself in various dresses and gowns, I have created. There are very few, if any, places to purchase dresses like those that I have created, especially in my size. Gowns are a different story. There are, however, several individuals who do create very pretty dresses, and sell them. There is one girl who does so, and she is listed on this site. Her name is UniKaren. Her dresses are adorable. Take a look. As for other places to purchase dresses, this is basically not a commercial site. There is a link on the Links page, that does list a web site that can lead you to various vendors who are gender friendly. I may list some sites that I have purchased from in the past, and these willalso be on the Links page. In all the dealings that I have had, with various vendors, I have always found them to be very helpful, and informative. This is also true of various Bridal Gown sties. Those that I have contacted were very gracious, and if you are interested in purchasing a gown, or a Bridal Gown, most Internet sites, and those that I have contacted by voice or email, were extremely eager to set up appointments and everything. My only problem was in not having the funds to actually complete a purchase. So, do not feel that you are not welcome at any Gown Shop, or store, or Internet Site. They are very aware of our lifestyle. If you want a Bridal Gown, or Bridesmaid Gown, or Prom Gown, do inquire, you will be pleasantly surprised at the response. And E-Bay, love the place. One last point. Even though I do not sell any of my fashions, if there is something that you see, especially the below knee length styles, please email me. The limiting factor will be size.
