Enjoy the true B & B feel while staying in our home. Relax in our common areas in the decor of an English Manor with a Victorian flare. Awake to the smell of our freshly brewed custom blend coffee then stroll down to the dining room for

a home cooked breakfast.

English Manor Room

Step into the feel of an Old World English Manor. Decorated with luxurious jacquard bedding and accented with Old English decor. This queen bedroom with private bath and rich colors has the comfort and charm you are looking for.

London England Room

Enjoy your private oasis in this gracefully appointed corner room. A queen panel bed with Classic jacquard bedding, armoire, and Goose Neck chair add to the comfort. Images of London fill the room that take you to a different place and time. Relax in a Jacuzzi tub in the shared bath just down the hall.

English Garden Room

Third Quaint corner room looks out over our English garden, adorned with the feel of a garden get away. Sleep in a plush full bed covered in rich jacquard bedding. Enjoy the Jacuzzi tub in the shared bath just across the hall. This room is complete with a dresser and comfy chair to relax in

Suite #1

Library Suite

Enter this unit though your private three season porch. Relax in our private large corner Jacuzzi tub located in one of the two bedrooms with queen beds. Watch TV or a video in the living room with fireplace, kitchenette and queen size sleeper. Designed after the look of a English Manor, in hunter, burgundy, & gold

Music Room Suite

This spacious one bedroom suite has all the amenities of home and is great for extended stays. The full kitchen, living room with cable TV & VCR, and bedroom with king bed and fireplace, will give you all the comfort to make your stay one to remember. The décor is classic yet comfy, in shades of blue with white. We think we hit the note with this one.

Suite #3

Game Room Suite

A large two bedroom suite, one king bed and one queen bed. Enjoy the living room with corner fireplace, cable TV, VCR, sleeper sofa, and kitchenette. The bathroom contains a large Jacuzzi tub with shower. Designed in the theme of a Manor game room, with an undated twist.

Suite #4

Stableman’s Suite

This large one room suite located on the first

floor of our carriage barn comes complete with its own fireplace, kitchenette, and seating area. This suite is all decked out in English riding equipment with the elegance of a fine English Manor.

Suite #5

Carriage House Suite

A large one bedroom suite, with a pillow top Queen bed. The living room boosts cathedral ceilings, fireplace, cable TV, VCR, over stuffed sofa & chair. The large bathroom contains a large shower and antique vanity. The décor in this suite takes you back to an English Hunt.

Lightkeepers' Cottage

This romantic, one room cottage for two has a sleeping loft, private bath, gas fireplace, kitchen facilities and private deck with hot tub. The lighthouse/boat theme works with the wood slat ceilings and cozy feel.

Two night minimum in season and three nights for all holiday weekends.

Call to see if one night stays may be available.

Local 2% and State 6% hotel tax will be added.

$20 cancellation/change fee.

Two week cancellation policy, 30 days for over 3 night's stays and holidays and one month for groups taking two or more suites, cancellations

forfeit firsts nights stay

Cancellation three or less days out you forfeit entire cost of stay.

~ Enjoy the outdoor spa area with hot tub and sauna for your private use! Bring swimsuits.

~All suites and cottage Include off street parking.

~We are only one block from downtown shops, restaurants and waterfront

~All rooms and suites include central air and ceiling fans.

~All suites are spacious with fireplaces, private baths, kitchenette facilities and separate entrances, some with whirlpool tubs.

~No pets and smoking is allowed outside or on front porch for Suite #1 only.

~Whole Mason St. house includes Suites #1, #2, and #3 and will sleep a total of 16 . Suites 1 & 2 can be combined to include 3 BRs, 2 baths, two sleeper sofas and a full kitchen.

~Satalite TV-VCR is in each suite with extensive video library (hundreds of movies available on site).

~Grills and patio tables in the back yards are available to all. As is the hot tub and sauna for private sign up times. Cottage has own hot tub.

~Each kitchen or kitchenette has a microwave, refrig. and coffee maker. Suites have toaster or toaster oven. Coffee, hot chocolate, and

microwave popcorn provided.

~Charming three season porch at the front of the house is available in our Library #1 and smoking is allowed there only.

~ Bikes are provided for your pleasure
