We've been around making baits since 1995. We've stood the test of time and have lasted longer than some major bait companies. We have been leaders on the cutting edge of the hand pour and hand dipping industry. Our baits have to be great because we fish them first!

Our No Pressure Field Staff is called upon for a variety of functions, from testing products and giving evaluations to suggesting ideas for new baits, word of mouth promotion, even getting our bait lines into their local stores.
The difference is that we do not give our members unrealistic goals that set them up for failure and we do not charge members 100's of dollars to join. I can't expect anyone to drum up 500.00 worth of sales in a month's time. We do not put any sales expectations on our members. If you can do it, awesome, if not, just help us out in other areas.
This is what we want: We are searching for anglers who are motivated to belong to something that is growing in this industry. There is a huge niche for custom bass tackle. We are looking for people with honesty, integrity and the motivation to work with a custom tackle company in exploring new concepts for unique baits and methods to distribute them. We would expect you to be able to speak about our products based on your confidence and success with them. Through word of mouth promotion of our products, we would like you to speak to fellow anglers, club mates etc. about our high quality products. If your work translates into sales and people dropping you name, your status with our company can only be elevated. We will take the top Field Staff members into consideration to be added into our National Pro Staff program after a yearly evaluation.
This is what we offer: Once your application is processed and accepted, we will send you a product pack. This will contain samples of our baits that we want you to fish with so you gain confidence in our company. The pack will also contain field staff discount price sheets and other company materials.
To join our Field Staff program, there is a $50.00 fee that covers the materials and baits we will send you. This fee gets you set up with sample products that we make, you will also get a discount pricing sheet for future purchases. We want to be confident in you that you know our baits and our company. We want to weed out people who look at this as an opportunity to get free products from our company for no work in return. This is a minimal investment in at the very least, you are getting the hottest custom baits in the industry.
Once you show that you are interested in taking this to the next level, we will continue to work together testing products, designing and implementing ideas, maybe doing trade shows or seminars etc.
It is not necessary to call up tackle shops and outlets to get our baits in their stores. If you can do that, then that is great but we will never put that pressure on you. Each staff member will be evaluated at the end of the year and may have the opportunity to be promoted to the National Pro Staff.
