1.  Looking down the looong 4,000 ft. main straight (drag strip start line)
2.  Couple hundred feet down the main straight
3.  View off to right of main straight showing level of track below.
4.  Cut-off for 2.2 mile short course
5.  Down the 2.2 mile short course cut-off
6.  Short course cut-off rejoins the track near the top of the Uphill
7.  Back on the main straight, from near the 2.2 mile short course cut-off
8.  Further down the main straight, near the point where the 1-mile north course re-enters the main straight.
Detail on that cut-off at pictures 42-44
9.  Steel skeleton of the pedestrian bridge built to service the 1-mile north course.
10.  Under the pedestrian bridge toward the dip
11.  Further along...  this was a very long straight.  The barrier ahead guards the washout at the dip.
12.  Up from the bottom of the washout.  With all the greenery, you can not see how deep this is.
13.  This little creek, easily stepped across, took out the track.  Don't mess with Mother Nature!
14.  Back up out the gorge, looking toward the Little Monza
15.  Still heading toward the Little Monza.   4,000 feet is a long way!
16.  The start of the Little Monza (called Greg's Corkscrew on some maps)
17.  Further along in the Little Monza
18.  Continuing in the Little Monza.  Thick bush prevents a long view.
19.  More Little Monza
20.  And yet more
21.  And more
25.  Continuing toward the silo
26.  Ahead is the left hander that bends toward and around the silo
27.  The silo with the track passing very close on its right
28.  This steel post held the inside guardrail less than 2 feet from the concrete silo
29.  The silo is the major landmark left for Meadowdale Raceway.  It is clearly visible to cars passing by on IL Hwy 31 just to the left of this picture
Because of its file size, this new photo section has been broken into 3 parts.
This is the end of Section 1 of the photo file.

This snowflake indicates there is a winter photo available from approximately this camera angle.  Click on the snowflake to see it.  These shots often show more track area and detail than the summer shots with all their foliage.  Thanks to Bill Verstege of McHenry, IL for this winter series.
22.  The End of the Little Monza.  Click on the Winter shot to see how close Hwy 31 is to the track!
23.  Sweeping right bend toward the Pure Oil silo
24.  Continuing toward the silo
