We are a group of people who enjoy closely reading the original poetry and other literary works of our members. We try to overcome various dichotomies of style, form, genre, content, sex, lifestyles, politics, etc., and from such an interaction attempt to write 'contemporary' works of literature with an emphasis on the poetic.
We also look at short essay and short stories.
We meet the first Sunday of the month, major holidays excepted,
6:30 pm, at Heffron Hall, Corner of Palmer and Burton Sts, Darlinghurst. All welcome. Photocopies of original poems to be read much appreciated! Cost: $5 - includes free beverages and supper.
