Note that all meets are by invitation from the coach... although it is expected that all JO Divers will compete, invitations are based on the readiness of the diver and the level of competition for the particular meet...ask your coach if you are not sure.

It is not required that Intermediate and Novice divers compete although it is strongly encouraged for those divers that the coaching staff feels are ready. Divers will be invited to meets based on readiness and practice performance...an invitation to compete should be viewed as reward for hard work at practice!

JO Dive Sheets

The following links should allow you to download a pdf file...depending on the version of Acrobat Reader that you have installed on your computer. You should be able to tab through the fields to fill out your sheet. You can click on the objects (circle/square) and drag them to change the age group, boy/girl, one/three/platform event.

We like to have the divers complete their sheets (as opposed to the parents) so they know what dives are on their sheets and to familiarize them with dive numbers, positions, degree of difficulty, etc.

Complete and print a sheet for each event and give to the coach at practice at least three days prior to traveling.

Get a copy of your AAU card...we will be happy to laminate if for you if you want to print it, sign it and bring it in to us at practice. You should have your card with you at all meets.
