History
The Aquatic & Fitness Center at George Mason opened its doors in November 1998. In June of 1999, Patriot Dive Club was establshed with only a handfull of divers. By September of 1999, the program increased to over 60 divers ranging from novice to Junior Olympic levels. Since then, it has continued to grow steadily to 100+ athletes.
In a very short time, the program has produced some of the top divers in the country as well as internationally with numerous National qualifiers, VA State qualifiers and NVSL All-Star participants.
