Transcripts
No need to panic :)

Transcripts are easy. They are nothing more than a neat, nice looking list of things you've done.

If you're graduating highschool and have never really kept records, sit down and make a list of everything you've done.

If you're in the beginning stages of College, it's a lot easier to make records as you go. I usually sit down and think of stuff I've done a few times a year. some people find keeping a journal is helpfull. I've never managed it.

Grades:

You could give yourself staight A+'s and a 4.0 GPA if you wanted. Hey, you're the smartest kid in your class :) But that wouldn't be very fulfilling or truthful. I just avoid giving myself grades altogether.

If you don't want to give yourself grades, you can use a pass/fail system. It's easy as pie, and satisfies bureaucrats.
Courses:

Some organizations are nitpicky about normalcy. For now, catagorize things you've done under topics such as "Advanced Biology" instead of writing "Studied pond scum, created and sold my own organic brand of blue-green algae" Selling pond scum could be considered marketing, business, ethics and agriculture...
Format:

I use microsoft Excel to do my transcripts. Doing them in any text editor is easy too. How I did my last transcripts:
