Payment
Payment must be received in advance of shipment. Illinois state residents are required to add the appropriate sales tax. American Express, Visa and MasterCard are accpeted via Paypal (please visist www.paypal.com for information on this free service.) Wire transfers, money orders, and personal and business checks are accepted. Whenever possible, credit card orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
Returns/Refunds
Purchases may be returned within 10 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. To be refundable, returned items must be fully insured, properly packaged, and received in good condition.
Shipping
Shipping within the US is via 2nd day FedEx. A street address and phone number must be provided. A receipt signature will be required upon delivery. Shipping and insurance charges are calculated according to costs. Shipping outside the United States is via USPS or FedEx.

We do not offer appraisal services or pricing for items sold.
