We have finished GRADE Testing... all projects SHOULD have been completed and turned in by now.  Open House was last week... I was only able to meet 1/4th of my parents... I would LOVE to see us rectify this number ~ I want to meet with everyone as soon as possible...

This week our school is testing with NECAPS Reading, next week is the round of NECAPS Math.  7th graders do not test in NECAPS Writing, so if no one is absent, then we will be done by September 10th... one week from tomorrow.

All classes began reading short stories... looking for flashbacks and foreshadowing... This week we read "The Stranger", but we have a number of fun stories that we are about to read next week.

Hoodies will be on sale for the next two weeks.  ALL orders need to be turned in by no later than October 17th.  If there is any problem, please email me or send in a note.  Thanks!

Please sign up for Schoolnotes notification if you haven't already done so.  Schoolnotes will send you an email every time I update our page.

Please take the opportunity to explore what we are up to in class... and sign in our guestbook to say hello :)

My students have taught me about motivation...
-about teacher misconceptions and the effect on what happens in the classroom due to it...
-about male and female learning styles...
-about the importance and effect of parent-teacher communication...
-and about the beauty and affection of the teacher-student relationship!!!

I am truly thankful for the opportunity to work with the best kids in Warwick...the last four years have been truly special!
