Three Central Themes

Humanity
That humans, regardless of their ethnicity and circumstances can overcome external and internal obstacles, even in an hostile environment.
Values and Principles
To continually point out that civilized behavior will deteriorate without external restraints, such as religion, parental control, laws, taboos, etc.
Leadership and Social Justice
As our nation faces the new millennium with an ever-increasingly skeptical and hostile minorities , it is imperative that our leaders understand this constituency.

Author's Statement of Purpose
It is hoped that the reading of this book, by governmental decision makers and political scientists, will empower  them to make decisions, based, not on dimly perceived ideas of what minorities want, but on what they actually need.

This novel is directed to the current leaders of our country, and also to the vast reservoir of potential leaders, whether  Black, White, Hispanic, Asian - American, Jewish, Christian, Atheist - in short, just about everyone ---- because every group and almost everybody is despised  by some group or someone.

The author will have accomplished his goal, if he, not only increases the awareness of the reader's own role, attitudes and needs in relationship to those of other groups in our society, but, also encourages the reader to adopt broader and more sensitive views on human relationships.
