I am a Champion budgerigar breeder. My wife Sandra and I have been specialising in Spangle Budgerigars since 1997. Our best win in 2002 was the Best Opposite Sex Any Age with a Grey Green Spangle hen at Forth Valley B.S. 650+ Championship Open Show. We were also Best Intermediate and Best Spangle Breeder at the Scottish Budgerigar Society Open Show 2000. Sandra has recently become interested in Foreign Finches. At the moment she has Bengalese Finches, Gouldian Finches, Zebra Finches and a pair of Paradise Whydahs and is slowly but surely taking over in my Bird Room.
