What are some odd characteristics ??? When born, Sea Monkeys have one eye in the middle of their forehead. As they grow older, they grow two more eyes on each side of the middle one, making them a THREE EYED FREAK. Eventually they shed the baby eye and from then on have two normal eyes. They also have gills at the top of the legs, sucking up oxygen-bearing water through their feet ! |
How to bring "DEAD" Sea - Monkeys back to Life !!! Remember to aerate them once a day by blowing air into their tank. Otherwise they might die. To restore life, allow all the water in their container to evaporate. All that should remain is a dry deposit of whitish salt crystals. Add 1/4 package of "Water Purifier and 12 ounces of fresh water and stirr until the crystals dissolve. In a few days you will see many new baby Sea-Monkeys swimming happily in theit aquarium as if nothing happened. If the process of evaporation takes too long (several weeks) you can also oreder new eggs and a booklet for free from: Transcience Corporation, P.O.Box 809, Byrons Road, MD 20616.
