The goal of this course is not only to familiarize you with basic research techniques, but also to give you the tools to comprehend and evaluate the many research articles and reports you will encounter in your personal and professional lives. You will learn how to design and implement simple research studies using a variety of methods. In order to help you articulate your understanding of the various research concepts you will encounter, you will be given many opportunities to fine-tune your communication skills through both oral and written exercises.
