The lubes involved,
Silicone spray
Spray chain lube (or white lithium grease)
Multi purpose grease
Contact cleaner as needed
Here's where the lubes come in, my general rule is if it pivots, use spray grease (chain or white lithium).  If it slides (window guides) use a liberal amount of silicon spray.   And  use the grease on the window regulator gears.  Be especially sure to get the spray grease on all the door handle mechanism pivots, and the window regulator pivots.  The contact cleaner is good for cleaning old gunk off.  This rear passenger window barely went up and down when I got it now it is good as new.
Remove the plugs in the armrest and the two screws they hide.
Remove the trim around the door handle.  I like a 1" stiff putty knife to pry the door panel off.  Just slide it between the panel and door, gently pry the fasteners loose.  take off the lock button and lift the panel off.

Wind the window up and down several times, while it's down spray silicon in the upper window guides.  Look carefully to be sure everything is lubed, put the door back together just like you took it apart only backwards ;-)
