Sorry, everyone, I've been SO busy........
My mom just told me I hadn't written in awhile, and she said everyone was probably wondering what I was up to.
I am clapping - a lot. It makes Mommy say "Yeah!" when I clap, and I like it when she smiles at me. It's much better than when she feeds me green beans - I'm not so sure about those.
Daddy always wants me to clap, but I try to hold back. I know what he wants me to do - I just want to see if he will make a funny face for me first!
We go on walks almost every day. During the week, when Daddy gets home, we take my crazy dog Kali, and we walk to the mailbox. Daddy carries me on his shoulders, and Mommy holds Kali's leash. When we get to the mailboxes, Daddy lets me sit in the grass, and he tries to stop me from eating it (sometimes I get a couple of pieces, though....) On the way home, we walk by our favorite trees, and Daddy slows down so I can put out my hand and grab the leaves - it's so much fun!
I was talking earlier about green beans.........they're not the only thing I am eating. I've been eating cereal for a while, but now I eat veggies/fruit too. So far, Mom has cooked me the following:
Yellow Squash
Acorn Squash
Pears
Avocado
Bananas
Green Beans
I also started eating fruit puffs this week. Mommy says they're like Cheerios, but they're easier to eat, because they melt in my mouth better than Cheerios would. Fruit Puffs are cool - but it takes some work to eat them. I have to pick them up, and feed myself - can you believe I can do that? It took a couple of tries the first night, but now I'm getting the hang of it.
When I am riding in the car, I like to sing - Mommy turns down the radio, and then we sing back and forth. It's a pretty fun game....
That's all for now - I gotta nap!
