This is for a group of 10 people.
Cooking Gumbo the easy way.

Ingredients

1 pkg. of stew meat seasoning mix
Seafood seasoning spices of your choice for taste.
4 quarts chicken broth. Add more broth if needed.
2 bayleafs
2 large cans of stewed tomatoes
1 each green and red bell peppers, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 celery sticks, diced
1 very large red onion, diced
2 pounds of large shrimp, cleaned
2 pounds of crab meat
2 pounds of prawns, cleaned
1 pkg. beef links, diced
1 pkg. beef franks, diced
3 large chicken breasts (boil and diced) (save chicken broth if you need more
       liquid after meat and seafood is added)
Salt & pepper to taste
Add a tiny bit of hot sauce

Directions

In a very large pot add stew meat mix & seafood seasoning spices. Add chicken broth, stewed tomatoes, green and red bell peppers, garlic, celery, and red onion.
Cook slowly for 1 hour.

Add beef links & franks, simmer for 1/2 hour.

Add shrimps, prawns, crab meat, chicken, bayleafs, (add your chicken broth if you need more liquid), simmer for 1/2 hour

Remove bayleafs, season for taste, and serve with rice and/or french bread.
