The Terms of Service is a legal contract between Homestead and the User which contains the rights, duties and obligations of Homestead and the User.

The Privacy Policy covers the treatment of information that may be collected from users of Homestead services (the "Services") and from visitors to the homestead.com site (“Visitors”). Third party services and products are governed by the third party’s privacy policy.

Email Policy

By using email services, you agree to the terms and conditions contained in the "Acceptable Use Policy" and "Mass Mailing Policy".

Domain Registration Agreement

If you register or renew a domain with us, or associate a domain with your Web site account, or otherwise obtain domain services from or through us, you and your domain services will be subject to the Tucows Domain Registration agreement terms and conditions.

Copyright Information

Any notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Homestead's Registered Agent.

Image License Agreement

As part of the Services, Homestead provides standard clip-art and photos to incorporate into websites using the Services. Your use of any clip-art and photos are governed by terms in the Image License Agreement.

Design Services and Search Engine Optimization Services

The Supplemental License and Terms of Service applies to the purchase and use of Search Engine Optimization and Design Services.

Affiliate Terms of Service

The Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions between us, Homestead, and you, Affiliate, regarding your application to participate as an Affiliate of Homestead ("Affiliate"), and the establishment of links from your website to our website, homestead.com.

Homestead SearchLight Terms of Service

This Supplemental Terms of Service applies to the purchase and use of Homestead SearchLight service.
